Якщо унікальні ідентифікатори кейсів відсутні або некоректні, вся подальша аналітика буде спотворена. Для мене це не просто технічна проблема, а фундаментальна перешкода для надійного моделювання процесів. Операційна команда повинна розуміти, що без чіткого Case ID ми не зможемо ефективно відстежувати повний шлях процесу, а отже, не зможемо виявити справжні вузькі місця або приховані затримки. Це призводить до хибних пріоритетів автоматизації та марних інвестицій. Тому критично важливо інвестувати у розробку надійних ETL-пайплайнів та механізмів стандартизації даних на ранніх етапах, щоб забезпечити коректність Case ID та уникнути дорогих помилок у майбутньому.

I believe that CIOs in the public sector often underestimate the risk of losing legal validity of documents during EDMS migration. For me, this is not just a technical issue, but a fundamental aspect of trust in government institutions. It is important not only to transfer data but also to ensure the continuity of its legitimacy. My recommendation: clearly define the “system of truth” for each document type during the transition period. This means the team must develop protocols that guarantee electronic signatures and metadata retain their legal force, even if the document is processed in both systems. Without this, the risks for the responsible team become unacceptably high.
